This is not a typical service desk role. Alongside day-to-day support you’ll carry out on-site IT “MOT” assessments, working directly with stakeholders to optimise systems, improve productivity and ensure best use of technology. You’ll be part of an established, in-house IT team, working under influential leadership, with clear progression opportunities into IT Engineering/3rd Line responsibilities. IT Trackside Support Engineer

Working for an innovative technology company it’s a chance to get involved in a wide range of areas including monitoring, incident response, threat intelligence, detection engineering, automation and internal security operations. You will monitor security alerts generated by Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender. Utilising SIEM, IDS/IPS and threat intelligence platforms to identify, contain, and remediate threats, you will develop and implement new detection rules ialigned to the MITRE ATT&CK framework. The company will fund SC-200 exams and study time is allocated.
